If you have ordered a wrong style, or if we have shipped you in error you may return the order within 5 days after receipt. Contact us at 256-845-1034 or email email@example.com and tell us the situation. We will issue a call tag if we see that there has been an error.
Sometimes we will upgrade your order with a different style to get your order out. Also some styles may be 3-pair banded however they will be the same style.
We strive to ship at once but sometimes we may have to back order items. We will ship the back orders out at once as soon as it becomes available.
We ship with UPS and FedEx all over the country. We can ship all over the world, but it will take a few extra days to confirm the shipping costs and for custom forms to be filled out.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
